About CBM

As one of the largest custom and diverse precision machine/fabrication shops in the southeast, CBM offers a full line of CNC machining/milling, gear cutting, welding and fabrication equipment. Our facility includes 22 over-head cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 100,000 lbs. We are located 1.5 miles off of I-85 in a state of the art facility of 200,000 square feet on 65 acres. CBM is situated a mere 20 minutes from a major international airport, and three hours from “Port of Entry”.

Fabrication

Precision Parts Manufacturer

CBM offers 100,000 + square feet of one of the most diverse and versatile fabrication facilities today, with 23 over head cranes and a lifting capacity of 100,000 pounds.

Our team of engineers can help custom fabricate the most stringent of assemblies and parts, weather designed by our customers or designed by CBM. CBM has a full array of equipment that includes an HD Plasma Cutter (10’ x 25’), 500 ton press brakes, shears, metal rolling, Mig/Tig welding equipment. Repair

CBM can also repair worn out assemblies and parts that require reinforcement, or if required reverse engineer from a given sample. Once your part is finished CBM has complete surface finishing process with grit blasting, painting, and other coating services.
